Description
It is a very delicate cava. Made with 50% Macabeo, 25% Xarel·lo, 20% Parellada, and just 5% Monastrell, which gives it that elegant pale pink color. Very Mediterranean, it unfolds aromas of white fruits, very delicate red fruit notes, and a citrus touch that adds liveliness. On the palate, it is fine and pleasant, with well-integrated bubbles that caress the palate. Its finish is smooth and persistent, leaving a sensation of freshness and balance.
