"Organic and fruity rosé, with notes of strawberry, currant, and a balsamic touch."
Description
Ochoa Rosado de Lágrima is a wine made using the traditional bleeding method, which gives it a deep raspberry color. The must remains in contact with the skins for 4 to 6 hours before fermenting in stainless steel tanks at 18 ºC. On the nose, it offers fresh aromas of red fruits like currant and strawberry, with a balsamic touch. On the palate, it is long, complex, and full of personality. Coming from organic farming, it is ideal to enjoy young or to store for a few years for a more mature experience.
