The Chivite Las Fincas range is made only from select vineyards in Navarra and seeks a profile of more avant-garde and creative wines. This wine is made only with free-run juice -the first juice resulting from the crush, without pressing- and ferments at a controlled low temperature to slowly bring out all that aromatic potential that will remind you of stone fruit and tropical fruit. It is intense, balanced, and lively. Chivite always surprises with what it does and manages to give it that aura of sophistication and elegance that we love and makes its wines irresistible.
