G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge is an emblematic Brut Champagne from Maison Mumm, founded in 1827 in Reims. This sparkling wine combines the varieties Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay, and is made using the traditional method, with 20 months of aging in the bottle. On the nose, it reveals aromas of yellow fruit, green apple, and tropical notes, complemented by a fresh citrus touch. On the palate, it is lively and balanced, with a fine and persistent bubble, finishing with a lasting finish. It is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, sushi, and light dishes. It is recommended to serve between 6 and 8 °C.
