Description
La Casilla del Guapo is a seductive, fun, and modern-profile wine without losing the identity and roots of Navarra wines. Gran Feudo, born in Navarra in 1872, produces this wine from the Casilla del Guapo estate, a plot of Tempranillo and Garnacha Tinta that they vinify separately in stainless steel and then age for 8 months in French and American oak barrels. A modern-style wine, with a background of ripe fruits and balanced with wood. They say that this vineyard, with that little house where the guardian watched over and protected the vineyard, called for making a wine of this style and that upon tasting it, they had no choice but to bottle it. Luckily they did... it's subtle, fruity, tasty, and easy to drink.
