Lalama

90% of this smooth, delicate, tender, and deep wine is made up of Mencía, a variety that shows its most subtle side in Lalama. Mencía is blended with other varieties such as Mouratón, Garnacha, and Brancellao. The production is very careful, with a manual harvest in 10kg boxes and a subsequent selection in the winery. Fermentation takes place in open barrels of 500 liters, and much of the aging is done in large wooden tanks of 25hl. Lalama is a great wine at an incredible price for all the pleasure it offers, a great bottle to discover the subtlety of Mencía.
