Description
The Galaxy is a rosé wine produced in the Dão Demarcated Region, belonging to the province of Beira Alta, in the center of Portugal. The wine is made with the varieties Alfrocheiro, Baga and Tinta Roiz. Each variety brings different nuances to the wine that make The Galaxy an elegant and complex wine, with an enveloping and fresh mouth. This wine has been produced in collaboration with Álvaro Castro at Quinta da Pellada.
