Varieties
Malbec
Mil Historias Malbec originates from the high-altitude vineyards of Bodegas Altolandon in the DO Manchuela, where winemaker Rosalia Molina cultivates the Malbec variety at 1,100 meters above sea level using biodynamic practices. The significant temperature variation in the area promotes even ripening and balanced natural acidity. Made with spontaneous fermentation of native yeasts and aged for four months in barrels, the wine displays a color between bright ruby and dark purple, with a complex nose of black fruits like blackberry and blueberry, accompanied by floral notes of violet. On the palate, it is powerful, concentrated, and structured, with firm tannins that reveal the unique character of this high-altitude terroir.
