The youngest sparkling wine from the winery and the one with the longest aging. Over 3 years of aging, made with grapes from our own vineyards planted on limestone soils. A dry sparkling wine, with fine bubbles, fresh and deep. It has the perfect combination of white fruit, citrus, and the nuances of bottle aging.
