Among the vineyards of Oliver Conti, it is easy to find plants of rosemary, thyme, sage, fennel, or lavender, just to name a few. One way or another, they have managed to transport their marked Mediterranean character into every drop of the Indispensable Rosat. Each of these plants is essential to give the wine an elegant floral touch, very Mediterranean, and to ensure that each bottle is a reflection of the Ampurdan landscape.
