Castellroig Xarel·lo Vermell Brut is a sparkling wine produced by Sabaté i Coca in the Penedès region, Catalonia. This single-varietal Xarel·lo Vermell is made using the traditional method, with aging on the lees for between 9 and 18 months. It has a pale pink color and offers aromas of red fruit, floral notes, and herbal touches. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with a fine and persistent bubble that enhances its vibrant character.
