Description
This sparkling wine comes from the family winery María Casanovas, in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (D.O. Cava). It is made using the traditional method with a blend of Pinot Noir, Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel·lo grapes, and it remains at least 18 months on lees before disgorging. In the glass, it stands out for its fine bubbles, pale yellow color, citrus aromas, hints of white fruit, Mediterranean herbal nuances, and floral background. On the palate, it is dry, elegant, with well-integrated acidity, smooth carbonation, and a long, fresh finish — ideal for appetizers, fish, seafood, or light rice dishes.
