Bertha Lounge is a young and fresh cava produced by Celler Bertha in the D.O. Cava. This sparkling wine is made from the native varieties Xarel·lo and Parellada, cultivated organically. With a bottle aging of 12 to 15 months, this cava stands out for its aromas of fresh fruits, baked apple, and subtle notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is light, fruity, and easy to drink, with a balanced acidity that makes it ideal for appetizers, light starters, and salads.
