It offers intense aromatic notes of citrus, stone fruit, yeasts, and malty or sesame seed touches, with a vibrant and lively expression. On the palate, it presents marked bubbles, medium body, balanced sweet‑acidic profile, and an enveloping texture characteristic of the ancestral method.
