The dream of Agustí Torelló come true: A cava made from the oldest vineyards in Penedès. It is the highest expression of native varieties and an unmistakable presentation. Sparkling wine with a straw-yellow color and golden reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles, slow in their evolution. On the nose, it presents clean, frank, and luscious aromas. Additionally, it has creamy notes, ripe fruit, vanilla, and subtle toasted hints with a balsamic and smoky background of good complexity. Fine and elegant on the palate, with excellently combined carbonation. Pleasant in its evolution, where the silkiness of the foam stands out over a background of vanilla, ripe fruit, toasting, and truffle. Very long and complex aftertaste, where the aromas of nose and mouth are repeated, highlighting vanilla over a buttery and toasted background, a result of its long aging.
