Description
Ca N'Estruc Rosat is an organic and biodynamic rosé wine made in Esparreguera, at the foot of Montserrat. Produced from Garnacha Tinta from vineyards aged 25 to 40 years, grown in clay-limestone soils with gravel presence. The harvest is manual, followed by a cold maceration of 4 hours and spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 15 and 17 °C. On the nose, it offers aromas of strawberries, cherries, and peach. On the palate, it is juicy and fresh, with a creamy texture balanced by vibrant acidity and a slightly bitter finish that prolongs its persistence.
