Refreshing, delicate and soft. With a light and not very dense flavor, they are usually young wines. With aromas of citrus, green apple, peach, pineapple and fennel. When a person asks for a "dry" white, they are often referring to wines of this style.
Combine it
It goes well with light, lightly seasoned foods with citrus or fresh herb aromas. Fish or seafood cooked steamed, boiled or grilled. It is also a good companion to marinated fish and seafood, in ceviche or raw. They are ideal wines for fresh cheeses. Also for salads and raw vegetables.
